AI Tower control-layer terms

AI Tower is a technical AI control layer. It is not your legal adviser, compliance adviser, audit certification, or internal governance program.

Your organization remains responsible for its AI use cases, users, prompts, outputs, approvals, data classification, GDPR role, EU AI Act role, legal basis, and compliance with applicable laws.

Customer data remains customer-owned. AI Tower does not sell customer data or use it to train third-party models unless expressly agreed in writing.

AI Tower does not monitor customer AI content for advertising or resale. Depending on configuration, AI Tower may process metadata, audit events, policy decisions, and security signals needed to provide the control layer, support, security, and operations.

AI Tower personnel do not receive routine access to customer AI content. Any support or security access must be limited to the service purpose, authorized, and handled according to the customer agreement and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tower is not responsible for customer AI activities, legal compliance decisions, model outputs, business decisions, or third-party AI providers configured by the customer.
